House remodeling - Bridle Trials
The house in Bridle Trials was showing it's age. We painted the house exterior, exchanged all windows and frames, built a new deck, and created beautiful, grand entry. Awkward master bedroom/bathroom plan inspired us to replan part of the downstairs. We have also remodeled kitchen and bathroom, built a new staircases (inside and outside), upgraded fireplace, recarpeted all the floors. Project required plenty of plumbing and electrical installation updates.
The gain in house value after all the updates exceeded 30% factoring in the cost of all the work and materials!
